In this sentence:

En el momento en que llegues al trabajo, saluda a tus compañeros cordialmente.

When/the moment you arrive at work,  greet your colleagues cordially.

The first verb is in the present subjunctive: llegues (cuando llegues...) 

The second verb is in the imperative for tú: saluda 

So, this is telling you to do something (an imperative = greet your collegues) when you arrive at work (whenever that is, future idea)

Here's a lesson that explains how to form the imperative (affirmative) for tú. The form coincides with the 3rd person singular of the present indicative.
