I understand that plural feminine should be -as and plural masculine should be -os... The hint that they are feminine names made me opt for Delgadas but the answer was Delgado's... Why?

I think you may be misinterpreting our feedback from your initial test. You marked as correct one of the incorrect answers "delgados", showing a cross in a red circle, and also showing that the correct answer is "delgadas" with a green tick.
I hope it clarified it.
