Today I woke up in a good mood and as it is a magnificent day, I don't have to work or go anywhere in particular, I have decided to go to the park to exercise. The first thing I will do when I get to the park is to run several laps for 10 minutes to warm up. Then, I'll stand in front of a bench and I will use it as a support (in order) to do two or three sets of crunches. Afterwards, I will go up and down some stairs several times and finally I'll sit on the ground (in order) to stretch all the muscles.
