Yesterday I had a special training session in my company. It was executive training (in order) to identify my strengths and weaknesses. The coach explained to me that it is very important to separate emotions from work. Also you have to learn to communicate effectively as a team, knowing how to delegate certain responsibilities and stay calm in difficult situations. This training should be compulsory in all human resources departments. I hope this training course works for me to do my job better. I learned so many new things!
