During this spring, red poppies will cover the Spanish fields. The seed of this flower will be used to season bread when the seed is roasted, and also as a dressing in salads and stews. As for the flower, keep in mind that this only lasts one day in good condition, so it's best that you don't include it in floral arrangements, but you can offer it to someone special.
