This year I have decided to get back into shape and therefore I have started going to the gym. Will I be disciplined? I need to lose at least 5 kilos but to be honest I hate sweating. I have been advised to sign up for classes like aerobics or aquafit (in order) to lose weight quickly. I will have to take going to the gym seriously if I want to achieve my objective of showing off a perfect body next summer. What's more, I will have to watch what I eat every day so that sport does the trick.
