Our ancestors discovered fire thousands of years ago. The simplest method of producing it was to rub a stick with dry wood or to hit two stones together. To transport fire, (they) normally used torches and it was very important to keep it burning for as long as possible because it was so difficult to obtain. Thanks to the discovery of fire, the human way of life changed forever. Nowadays, we wouldn't be able to live without fire and we should look after this resource.
