The new wave band Alaska y Dinarama was formed in the early 80s and features emblematic singer Alaska, a key figure of the movida madrileña. Alaska (born María Olvido Gara Jova), continues to be active as a solo artist and with the band Fangoria with long-standing collaborator Nacho Canut. The song Mi novio es un zombi was released in 1989.
