The verb ser (to be) is regular in El Condicional Simple

As you can see, it is formed in the same way as all regular verbs in El Condicional Simple: adding the regular endings to the Infinitivo.

¿Serías tan amable de pasarme mi chaqueta?Would you be so kind to pass me my jacket? [you=tú]
Ella sería una maestra estupenda.She would be a great school teacher.
Nosotros no seríamos buenos compañeros de piso.We wouldn't be good flat mates.
¿Vosotros seríais nuestros testigos?Would you be our witnesses?
Ellas no serían muy competitivas.They wouldn't be very competitive.
Ustedes serían un buen ejemplo para mis hijos.You'd be a good example/model to my children.
