Haber is irregular in El presente:
|él / ella / Ud.||ha / hay|
|vosotros / vosotras
|ellos / ellas / Uds.||han|
Note that in El Presente the 3rd person of singular of haber has two forms, ha and hay. Hay is an impersonal form used on its own to express there is /are.
