Wrong verb in correct answer?

Mi abuela espera que ________ con ella este domingo. My grandmother hopes that I'll have lunch with her this Sunday.The answer is coma. But “have lunch” is almuerce.

Hi Shirley,

I can't recall now where I saw it being used, but I believe one can also use the verb 'comer' to talk about 'going for lunch'. Hopefully one of the team can confirm. :)
