Can you wait at the door?
Ustedes pueden .....etc
Why ustedes, ustedes = they
Ustedes is used as a you formal (usted = you singular formal, ustedes = you plural formal). But the verb going with this pronoun is conjugated in the 3rd person plural, like "they", so you can have:
Vosotros podéis... or Ustedes pueden
They are both referring to a "you plural" but vosotros is "you informal" as in for example "you guys" and ustedes is "you formal" as in for example "you sirs".
I hope this clarified it.
