Hi,
Is there a way to replace the above pronouns when there is little context. For example, by using 'de él, de ella ...'?

Good question!
It does work with most pronouns, all except "de mí" and "de ti". You can't use these when talking about whose something belongs to (possession). You can do this:
El coche es mío. (not es de mí)
El coche es tuyo. (not es de ti)
El coche es de él / de ella / de nosotros,-as / de vosotros, -as / de usted / de ustedes / de ellos, -as.
