This is the accidental reflexive se with an indirect pronoun. The indirect pronoun les refers to they and the han acabado relates to the t-shirts [plural]
If the sentence was: I have run out of t-shirts it would be - se me han acabado las camisetas... or with we- se nos han acabado las camisetas..

The accidental "se" used with indirect object pronouns is linked to what is called "dativo de interés". We have a C1 lesson about this. Have a look here.
