Hola, I see most of the reflective verb examples are habitual sentences, such as "todas las mananas", "todos los dias", 'siempre" etc. Is this usually how a reflective verb would be used? at least in the beginner's context? Gracias

Mostly habitual sentences
This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Conjugate reflexive verbs in the present tense in Spanish (El Presente)"

Hola Victoria,
reflexive verbs are often used with "routine" and "hygiene" contect, so for example: having a shower, washing your hands, waking up... These will often be used naturally with time phrases about "frequency", e.g. "Me ducho todas las mañanas a las 8" (I have a shower every morning at 8". So, reflexive verbs are introduced in A1 using this sort of context.
But they are not only used in this specific context; later on you will see that lots of other verbs are also used with reflexive pronouns, for example:
"Mi perro se perdió en el parque." (My dog got lost in the park.)
Saludos
Inma
