position of "you"

Does usted/tú have to be after the verb, or could it also be in front of the verb?

which of these are allowed:

¿Dónde vive usted?

¿Dónde usted vive?

¿Dónde vives tú?

¿Dónde tú vives?

You can place the subject either at the front or at the end:

¿Dónde vive usted?

¿Usted dónde vive?

¿Dónde vives tú?

¿Tú dónde vives?

We don't place the subject between dónde and the verb.
