Pocos or cuantos
This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Using unos cuantos/unas cuantas + noun for "a few" (quantitative adjectives)"

Hola Maggi
There is no difference, they both mean "a few":
Unos pocos amigos
Unos cuantos amigos
A few friends
Bear in mind though that if you say "pocos amigos" (without the article) then this means: very few friends (not many, but very few)
