No verb for “may”.

Yo te habría ayudado cuando hubieras necesitado un poco de apoyo. I would have helped you when you may have needed a bit of supportHi, the answer doesn’t have a word for “may”. Thanks, Shirley.

The "may" is in the English translation to give the sense of "hypothesis" (which is implicit in the Spanish, not needing to add anything) However, we are re-wording this question so it's clear that it's hypothetical.
