I'm not sure, but the literal translation is "What a surprise to myself I have carried today"
Therefore "haber" is 1st person singular, "he".

I think these are the translations:
with “he”: what a surprise I’ve brought myself today;
with “ha”: what a surprise you’ve brought me today.
