The RAE seems to say that it is correct to have no accent on the vosotros vorms of liar and criar.

There was a new rule in 2010 that said that these words didn't need the accent after all, but if you keep reading you will see that it says "it is acceptable" (admisible) to write them with the accent if the pronunciation of the word is that of a "hiatus" separating the vowels, which is what commonly happens in Spain.
