In Spanish, “las” simply means “the” (feminine plural). So “las voces” literally means “the voices”.
In this example, the English translation uses “those voices” to sound more natural and to emphasise that we are talking about specific voices belonging to those singers (de esos cantantes). English often adds words like those to make the sentence clearer.
So the Spanish las voces = the voices, but in context it can be translated as those voices.
Both ideas refer to the same thing but the translation is just slightly adapted to sound natural in English.
