Just wondering about a translation

The translation of:Voy a mandar hacer un vestidois given as:I am having a dress madeI would have thought it to be:I'm going to have a dress madeWhy is it not the latter?Thanks.

Hola MarcosWe are using "I am having a dress made" with the same meaning as the other translation you suggest using "I am going to have...", I mean, we are still using this tense with a "future" meaning "I am having..."
