Hola,
I think "jugo de naranja y zanahoria" should be also an accepted answer because they seem to use the word "jugo" in Latin America.

You're right. This exercise was published before we started our adaptation to Latin American Spanish; this is why the option for "jugo" wasn't there. But now it is.

In Spain 'zumo' is used for juice and yes, as you say, in Latin America they use 'jugo' :)
