Hi, I think the translation for 12 is wrong, it's not saying anything about being "key":
In Nicaragua there are amazing islands and keys in the Caribbean Sea.Is translation for Number 12 incorrect?

I'm not sure what you mean about "being" key. The translation you have quoted is what I get when I click on the text, and it's correct - in this context a "key" is an island or coral reef, e.g. the Florida Keys.

key is another spelling for "cay" - have a look here at what Collins dictionary says about key/cay.
