Is translation for Number 12 incorrect?

Hi, I think the translation for 12 is wrong, it's not saying anything about being "key":

In Nicaragua there are amazing islands and keys in the Caribbean Sea.

I'm not sure what you mean about "being" key. The translation you have quoted is what I get when I click on the text, and it's correct - in this context a "key" is an island or coral reef, e.g. the Florida Keys.

key is another spelling for "cay" - have a look here at what Collins dictionary says about key/cay.
