Sigo pensando and Continúo pensando… am I misunderstanding? How is continúo an option?
Both options "sigo pensando" and "continúo pensando" are correct here. We explain in the lesson that we can use either seguir or continuar followed by the present participle to express "to keep on doing something, to continue to do something, ( = to still do something)".
I hope it clarified it.
