I'm confused about mi hermana here, which is this refer to?

Mi hermana presume de novio. (My sister boasts about having a boyfriend.)

I don't understand this question. What about ella hermana _______de novio. What will be the answer?

Sorry, which is the bit you don't understand in the sentence? 

The sentence you are suggesting is not grammatically corrrect: 

Ella hermana... = She sister (it doesn't make sense)
