Ustedes is you plural formal and it is conjugated as the "they" form of the verb, therefore you need:

ustedes pudieron 

Pudisteis is the conjugation for the other you plural, informal, in Spanish: vosotros (used in European Spanish):

vosotros pudisteis

Tú is you singular which is pudiste

You plural informal is pudisteis

Ustedes is you plural formal so it would be pudieron
