I am sorry to hear you found the exercise a bit difficult. We try to set the level bearing in mind the content and the clarity. We thought this was appropriate for B2. You can always choose the option to reduce the speed when watching the video, to 0.75 or 0.50 if you are struggling to understand some words.
As per the accent on "este", I need to tell you that the rule to accentuate demonstratives (este, esta, esto, estos...) changed in 2010. From this date it was decided that the demonstratives didn't need any accent at all, even when they are pronouns (that was the rule before). So:
Quiero este coche. (I want this car.) (adjective, no accent)
Quiero este. (I want this one.) (pronoun, no accent)
