Tengo ________ gramos de jamón.I have four hundred and twenty grammes of ham.grammes is really gramsThis is from a test question.

Hola Goo

I changed it to "grams" as it is valid for both American English and British English. Bear in mind though that the spelling "gramme/grammes" is still a valid alternative in British English.
