In the answer, the first sentence is future tense, but the second sentence is conditional tense? What is going on? Why are not both these sentences either future or conditional?

In the first sentence that is using the future in the Spanish translation you have a "lit.note" saying: lit: "where you will be able to enjoy", so that you translate using the future tense following the lit. note. Then the text continues using the conditional (as other things you could do/would do in the hotel) - both translations there are literal so it doesn't need any hint.
