Hi there Ashlyn ... 'Disfrazar' tends to be used when the clothing is strikingly different from the norm, e.g. for a fancy dress costume. It can also mean 'disguise'.

As previous answer dizfrazarse is a reflexive verb used when you were a disguise/costume, not normal clothing.

Disfrazado = dressed
