can we use disfrazado instead of vestir ?
for this sentence, We were all dressed in white
estabamos disfazados en blanco? is this correct?

Hi there Ashlyn ... 'Disfrazar' tends to be used when the clothing is strikingly different from the norm, e.g. for a fancy dress costume. It can also mean 'disguise'.
As previous answer dizfrazarse is a reflexive verb used when you were a disguise/costume, not normal clothing.
