Difference between cómo no and por supuesto

It is two ways to express the same thing: of course! absolutely!

Here we used both to give more emphasis. We do that sometimes.

It's a bit like when in English you say:

Absolutely! No problem at all!

These two, used together, are also expressing the same thing.
