Clarification of dativo de interés

Se me ha olvidado la llave. Does the lesson apply to this usage also?

Hola Julia,

Good question!

It is a similar case to the "dativo de interés" but "se me ha olvidado la llave" I think is more an "accidental se" case, that we use to express that something has happened unintentionally. Have you seen this lesson? Have a look.
