Soy prinicipante en la literatura latina.  Creo que es interasante aprender sobre estos escritores, pero imagino que, para mi, ellos estan demasiado difícil leer.

I think you would do just fine reading some of Carlos' novels. Your level of Spanish in your message here suggests that you'd be more than capable of reading said literature!

It really is a great way to learn Spanish. I tend to buy copies of the same book in both Spanish and, in my case, English. Then I read the Spanish version, the English version and then the Spanish again. This really reinforces my 2nd language aquisition. When you are familiar with a text/book etc in your 1st language, you find that when you then read same text in Spanish you can guess a lot of unfamiliar words, grammar or sentence structure. 

So, grab one of Carlos Ruiz Zafón's novels! His stories are so good.

Tiene muchos libros para niños también, creo que puedes empezar con esos. Yo leí "El Príncipe de la Niebla" y pude entender la historia y aprender palabras nuevas.
