Correct me please in the video below at 10:00 she says, Se te olvido el nombre. The name forgot you? 

Is this a way of accidental as well, something accidently forgot itself to you?

I couldn't find that sentence in the video you sent to see the context, but "Se te olvidó el nombre" means: You forgot the name

Olvidar is used in different ways, and when we use it this way, we conjugate the verb agreeing with what you forget (not with the person) - here is a specific lesson on this verb that will show you how to use the verb, where you will see clarifying examples.
