Yo he comido gambas al ajillo hoy.I have eaten garlic prawns today.

has montado a caballo esta semana.You've ridden on horseback this week.

El tren ha llegado tarde esta mañana.The train was late this morning. [lit: has arrived late]

Alba y yo hemos viajado mucho este mes.Alba and I have traveled a lot this month.

Vosotros habéis trabajado mucho este año.You have worked hard this year.

Ellas han tenido suerte.They have been lucky.

Ustedes han bebido demasiado.You have drunk too much.

The full set of six forms is used with the past participle of a second verb to form the present perfect tense in Spanish. For example:

Me he levantado a las ocho esta mañana.I got up at 8 o'clock this morning. [lit: I have gotten up]

Note that in El Presente we also use hayHay is an impersonal form used on its own to express there is / there are. For example:

Hay helado de caramelo en la nevera.There is caramel ice cream in the fridge.

Hay muchos peces en el mar.There are so many fishes in the sea.
