Yesterday I went to the local gym to do a bit of sport. I put on my tracksuit and trainers in the locker room, I filled my bottle with tap water and I left the rest of my things away in the locker. Then I went out of the locker room, I went up some stairs at the end of the hall and reached the fitness room, where there was an instructor explaining how it worked. After listening to him, I started using the treadmill and I was running for 20 minutes. Right after, I did 40 minutes of rowing and when I finished, I did several stretches to avoid aches and pains. It was a very productive workout.
