If you have the opportunity, use it to visit this great work of art. It is one of the most beautiful and unique buildings in the whole of the Islamic Occident. It is located in Cordoba, formerly the capital of the Umayyad Caliphate from Al-Andalus, which was proclaimed by Abderraman III in 929. I've started to investigate a little bit more about this construction and it turns out that it is owned by the State and that it has never even belonged to the Church. In addition, it is very surprising that it is not oriented towards Mecca like other Muslim mosques. I'm not the type to give recommendations, but I have to insist that you go to Cordoba and be dazzled by the beauty of this building. Motivate yourself and go as soon as possible!
