My name is Amaia. My grandmother lives in Vitoria. Every summer, I visit her house. My grandmother cooks a delicious dessert. The dessert is called goxua. Goxua has cream, sponge cake and caramelized sugar. First, we prepare the cream. Then, we cut the sponge cake into small pieces. My grandmother burns the sugar on top. The dessert is very sweet and creamy. We eat goxua in a small glass. Goxua is my favorite dessert.
