Yesterday I woke up early and saw that it was the International Day of Non-Violence. I decided to start the day calmly, without rushing or stress. I went for a walk in the park to clear my mind. During the walk, I listened to a podcast about Gandhi and his philosophy of life. It made me reflect on how I react when something bothers me. Later, I sat in a café and wrote some notes in my journal. I also shared a quote by Gandhi on my social media. In the end, I felt calmer and more aware of my actions.
