Understanding our habits gives us more financial freedom. Do you spend more on necessities or whims? Some people buy out of stress or boredom, while others do it due to social pressure or trends. In addition, social media greatly influences our decisions, and seeing sales makes us buy without thinking. Sometimes we buy things to feel better emotionally, although family or cultural background also plays a role. It's important to track your expenses monthly, since planning helps avoid unnecessary impulse purchases. Always ask yourself if you really need that right now, and you'll be able to make better decisions. Many expenses come from automatic daily habits, therefore, reflecting is the first step toward more conscious spending. Finally, developing a healthy relationship with money will give you greater peace of mind and personal freedom.
