I would like to share some simple tips to make your experience in nature a very positive one. Before going out, make sure you wear comfortable and sturdy clothing. Put water, food and a first aid kit in your backpack. When entering the forest, walk slowly and breathe the fresh air in deeply. Also, follow the marked trails to avoid getting lost and pay attention to the sounds of the birds, the wind and other small animals, as this has a great relaxing effect on the mind. Also, it is strictly forbidden to uproot plants or leave trash, since the forest deserves respect. If the weather is nice, I recommend that you rest under the shade of a tree and listen to the silence. Take the opportunity to take photos of all the details you find and, when you leave, check that you did not forget anything and leave everything as it was. Enjoy nature to the fullest, since the forest has always something new to offer.

I'll be right with you...
