At Christmas, many people drink cava or champagne. Both have bubbles but they are different. Cava comes from Catalonia, and champagne comes from the French region of Champagne. Sometimes, cava is smoother, and champagne is stronger. Also, the grapes are different. Cava has Spanish grapes, and champagne has French grapes. These two drinks are perfect for celebrating. Finally, champagne is more expensive.
