The night was extremely dark and stormy. Miguel was driving on a road as eerie as it was desolate. Suddenly, he saw a young woman hitchhiking on the hard shoulder. Seeing her, he felt pity and decided to stop and pick her up. The pale young woman got into the car in silence. Miguel tried to make conversation, but the young woman responded very little. The truth is that there was something strange in her eyes. Then, they approached a very dangerous curve. The air inside the car grew heavier and the young woman asked Miguel to slow down, as she had died on that curve several years ago. When Miguel turned his head toward the back seat, it was empty. The young woman had vanished as if by magic! A shiver ran down Miguel's spine. He accelerated and sped away from the place as fast as possible.
