Clara had always dreamed of the freedom of the road. Since she was little, she looked at the maps hanging on the wall of her room, tracing imaginary routes with her finger. So, when she turned 18, she decided to turn that dream into reality. She sold almost all her possessions and she bought an old van which she made her new home. Her first adventure began on a sunny June morning. As she drove down the coast, the sea breeze came through the window and brought with it a great inspiration of unlimited travel. Every day at dawn, Clara woke up in a different destination, from forests and hidden beaches to small charming towns. And the best thing about all this is that she immersed herself in the local culture, learning traditional recipes from each place she visited.
