Every morning on December 25, our house fills with the aroma of spices and roasts as we gather for our Christmas meal. The table, decorated with a festive tablecloth and bright centerpieces, looks spectacular for the occasion. A roast lamb in the center is the star of the feast, accompanied by baked potatoes and vegetables. Our family's children also eat Christmas sweets, from crumbly Spanish shortbreads to chocolate truffles. We toast with joy, share stories and laugh together, as Christmas is very special to us.

I'll be right with you...
