How cool! Our boss told us yesterday that he wants to take care of our mental health and that's why we will have a mindfulness course next week at work. We are lucky to have this opportunity, because in Lima life can be a bit stressful. In this workshop we will learn to meditate, to connect with our body and to be more aware of ourselves. In addition, with my colleagues we'll forge closer ties and we'll get to know each other better, I think this common activity will be very beneficial for everyone.
