I am super proud of chef Santiago Cerisola, because he has become a star of Uruguayan cuisine in the beautiful Portuguese region of the Algarve. He would never ever have imagined that his Gourmet Natural restaurant would be so successful and that Happy Woman magazine would choose him as one of the best restaurants in the country. The secret of this great success lies in the exquisite quality of the menus, the magnificent Uruguayan hospitality of the staff, the decoration and integration of the restaurant with the natural environment and the aroma that emanates from the grill, where delicious grilled meats are cooked to order. There is no doubt that this restaurant has everything to succeed. If you want to go, you must book well in advance since it is usually full during the weekends, but I assure you that the wait will be worth it.
