Where are the translations?

Where are the translations?

Am I missing where the English translation is? I can't imagine I would need to copy/paste the entire passage (and only at the end, when it's available) and go to another site to find the translation. That would be silly since this site is presumably designed to teach me Spanish..?

Click on the phrases or sentences. You should see the translation popup.

Hola Jessicah

There are no translations in dictations as the purpose of these exercises is different.

With dictations your skill is to recognize the words / letters you hear in Spanish and transcribe them. We offer translations in our writing challenges (for obvious reasons), in reading exercises (our bilingual texts) and our fill-in-the-gap exercises too, but not in dictations.

Saludos cordiales

I don't see English translations either. I have copy and paste into another translation app - is that the way this works?

Hola Rebecca

Dictations don't come with translations as it's a different type of exercise to our bilingual readers. The purpose of dictations is to practice your listening skills and transcribe what you hear (so you also practice your spellings in Spanish).

Saludos cordiales
