If habría is the only usage here, in what context would the other conjugated parts of the verb be used?
Here we are using haber in the conditional used in an impersonal way, the same you say in English "there would be..." We would only use the rest of the conjugation of haber in the conditional to form El condicional perfecto: haber in the conditional + past participle.
